different, me – almost daily! 🙂
I'm experimenting all kinds of things: food, materials, tools, 'hobbies'…Life's an amazing journey. I don't want to waste any minute.
I could fly over and walk on the beach with you – I miss smell, sound, power of the sea!

    Have a great week!

I love the beach video, Sonia. I could listen to the waves 24/7. The Kind Diet sounds interesting, not sure I could make all the changes at once. I'll have to have a look at the book. Glad your revisions are going well.

Love the beach video. Reminded me of visiting my Grandmother who lived in Oceanside for a long time. Yes, it's cold where I am, but luckily it is sunny.

The beach looks lovely! I would love to see one in person one day. 😀

As a vegetarian, I'm very familiar with grains and vegetables!

The beach is fabulous -nice change from all our snow and ice and snow .. .and… did I mention the snow?

Also – your earrings are fabulous too! (I collect earrings so always notice them on others.)

I had to go on a gluten free diet back in September for health reasons and i feel so much better. There is something about taking care about what you eat that makes a person take stock and live better. Good luck with the revisions and your diet. I'm still going strong with mine 😉

You made two great videos, Sonia.
I always loved the beaches in Southern Cal–I lived three blocks from the beach in Santa Monica, many eons ago…
Laguna Beach is a beautiful area–went a few times to the annual art show.

So I found the comment icon, thanks!
I love your idea trying new things, including new foods. I'm glad you are making progress with your editing.

Thanks for the message on my blog.
I live about an hour south of Copenhagen. You can look at my B&B-blog and see much more about the location.
I'm not Danish though. We're a British family and I was born in the american sector of West-Berlin.
But we've been in DK for almost 3 decades, simply because it's practical. If we could, we'd probably rather live north, like northern Norway etc.

Nice video! We are completely snowed in!

To answer your question: in Sweden women aged 40-49 are called once every 18 months for a mammogram. If you're 50 to 69 then you get called every two years. Don't know what the deal is in Denmark though.

Well, aren't you the adventuresome soul. Trying new things with your camera. Trying new foods. Getting on with your revisions. This all sounds good.

I like the idea of connecting kindness to diet. I've given up meat for Lent, so I am also being kinder to the planet, and perhaps to myself also.

The beach looks great. I walked Laguna in January 1, 1996, the date I became president of Goshen College, so I have a fond memory of that place–especially as I look out on another snowfall.

Glad revisions are going well. Sending you encouragement.
