Pain au chocolat for you to enjoy

Since most of us are at home on this Memorial Day, I thought I would share some quick videos from my trip to Paris and Copenhagen. I took these a few days ago.

#1

Shopping at a market in the suburbs of Paris.

#2

A typical French metro with accordion player and a view of the Eiffel Tower on my way to The American Library in Paris.

#3

Happy Danes dancing on the pedestrian street in Copenhagen, A gold statue of a real person, and biking is a way of life in Denmark.

Thanks for giving us a glimpse of your European visit, Sonia. I especially enjoyed the living statue and dancing in the streets video.

      Jolyse,

Thanks for stopping by. I was so surprise by the living statue myself. Glad you enjoyed.

Splendid. I love visiting markets everywhere. This is one where I’d definitely want to buy food, then take it somewhere and cook!

That gold man in Copenhagen, and the dancing are such fun.

The middle video won’t play. Hmm. I’ll try back later.

Thanks for sharing glimpses of your trip.

    Sharon,

I tried the middle one and it seems to work for me. Thanks again for stopping by on Memorial Day.

Yay, it works now. Maybe YouTube burped. Or my server. It wasn’t even working straight from YouTube or in another browser. Glad it’s fixed, whatever happened. Fun to watch all of them.

Three delightful videos, Sonia. I remember being on the Paris metro, about 20 years ago. A young woman was walking through the cars playing her flute, and getting a few coins.

    Blessings and Bear hugs!

      Rob-Bear,

Yes, there seem to be musicians all the time in the metro. At least it’s a great place to get “discovered” if you’re talented.
